Hot stone massage therapy combines the benefits of hydrotherapy (water therapy) and thermotherapy (heat therapy) with massage techniques, to create a deeply relaxing and healing treatment.

Heated stones covered by a thick towel are placed against the energy centres on your body. The warmth penetrates and relaxes the muscles more deeply than any other massage. Our experienced therapist will then begin the massage using oils and warm stones to glide over your shoulders, arms, body, legs and feet.

Make sure you have no plans to do much afterwards. You will feel so deeply relaxed and transformed that you will need to take some time to enjoy the totally fulfilling moments after the massage is over.
